It's been a messy week. Anyone else had that kinda week? One of those where it all just seems to slip about beneath one and there is sense of nothing getting done - yet in fact there's quite a bit being worked upon. The combined result is a feeling of sometimes walking 'outside oneself', or fading in and out... menoceasal. What? New round here? There's a menoctionary up there ^...
Could just be the menopolyxinaemia, of course... though to be honest, for the last six months I think that has been quietened down. Then again, have been a bit menosappled this week.... have been menopolynariac, starting about six tasks and scrabbling to complete even half of those.
Then I have noticed that there appears to be ethereal gremlins again and emails are taking hours to reach me; also some blog posts of my pals are not getting into my reader box ... and even with the best will in the world, if it don't show up there, I just don't have time to go hunting it... Anyone else finding they are missing posts or emails? What is more, I found out this evening that the reason I had no visitors yesterday is because, despite saying 'published', Thursday's post didn't turn up on most of your blogrolls either...don't worry, not expecting you to scroll back, it's not that important - just irritating of the netosphere. There was a time when I would have gone off the deep-end, been ropable as ajackaroo after a jumbuck, menloopal as the fairground ride. Now I just sigh.
The Edinburgh crew are in a bit of befuddlement as well. I'd go across again, but everyone is so busy micromanaging, that I would be a hanging thread. Best just to text and mail with moral support and stick to the usual two-monthly drop-in at the end of the month.
All a bit of shambolic really. but we're all allowed little spells like this. Now to get out of it.

Blogger can be so frustrating sometimes. Sometimes the posts show up much later in the day. Mom says thank you for the Happy Birthday wishes. Sorry the video did not work for you. Leah's mom cleaned her cookies and then it worked for her. It would give you a chuckle maybe

ReplyDeleteStarting a gazillion things and then not knowing whether to turn left or right. And then when you have made your choice, you run into a dead-end. I know that feeling. Although it has been getting better lately.
ReplyDeleteIf you were looking for any of my posts though: there were none!
