I am doing a no buy month - of course we are buying food and essential items, but nothing else as I see the need to want more creeping into my life. Only day 15, and it is so interesting to feel the switch. I feel I have more time. I don't want to be on social media as much and while I still get a little twitch, really there is nothing I missing having. It shows I really do have an amazing life. I hope to keep this going (we do have a few bigger purchased planned this year so it will not be all buy nothing).
That is a good quote to live by, abundance makes one grateful, and then nothing more is needed, except love, maybe!
