Me-Now-Views; Less Speak More Peek (Boomerang Post)

Back in October 2015, this is what had the photographic juices running...

Supermoon shots...
                           super Moon shots...
                                                  Super! Moon shots...
...excited yet?

Don't be; the night was long (it began at 1:30am and lasted till dawn) and cold and damp. There was a heavy, wet haze interfering with exposures, creating halos and refractions and dawg-knows what else. Add to that long exposures and hand-held. Well, it was interesting. I experimented. I had fun. All one can ask for, really. Here's the "cream"...

  2. I like that collage and I like the two that have the halo around them. That's how to learn how to use a camera to sit there for hours and play with everything it's fun and it teaches us lots of stuff

  3. Stunning! Clearly you've understated how you actually captured these beautiful images. I love the way you've evoked the atmosphere too--the glow in the misty night sky, the light coming up over the hill. Thank you for sharing these. x J

  5. Hi Yam - great shots ... a friend reminded me of yesterday's partial eclipse - and it got cold, damp and darker for a brief time at the time she emailed me! Cheers Hilary
