The final one from The Hutch collection (you've seen not the entirety, but a fair few!) During my stay in India, I had the opportunity to visit an art collective in the Himalayan town of Sidhabari. There, the specialism is
Kangra painting. I have three original artworks, as well as a collection of printed cards - here I share the originals. To round off the home hangs series, I also add a picture of my gallery wall in the lounge, upon which I gaze every day. The three larger ones on the top row are my own work, photographic and mixed media.
it is beautiful... we love it...

ReplyDeleteYou carried so many paintings from India!
ReplyDeleteLooks lovely 😍
ReplyDeleteLooks awesome
ReplyDeleteThe art is lovely, YAM, and the fact that it commemorates your Indian odyssey makes it very special.
ReplyDeleteYou have such a lovely space! I'll bet you are ready to get on the road, though! XX
ReplyDeleteThat is a great collection and you have a great place to display them too. Van life is great but it is also nice to be able to enjoy such luxury as art in one's life.
ReplyDeleteHi Yam - it's great to have these memories of places we've visited ... sadly I don't have a creative artistic bent - but so be it ... my first prints for my flat in London were of Oxford Colleges - just black and white etchings (copies!) ... I think they've gone now. Cheers Hilary
