What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Me...no...Not Thursday Again?!

Crikey, why is it at this end of the year that the hours, days, and weeks rattle away at light speed but guarantee once that calendar flips over, they will drag like molasses in the Antarctic?

It's also one of the ironies of life that since last Thursday's report, I haven't lifted the crochet to add any more to it... sigh... but I will. It's just that I got distracted with some very fine rabbiting around on the tubular. Ideas and inspirations are being noted for future posts and such like. I do love a good net rummage. But this means I have nothing for you today. Unless you count these two macros of works that have been done on the LynGmal project. I took them just now with the OktoKan's onboard camera. A tease, a fraction of the whole. Playing with tensions and yarn weights and stitches.

... now to plan something for tomorrow's post. Fun this blogging lark, eh?

  5. You have an interesting collection of colors and stitches. My crochet mojo is at its height right now with multiple Christmas themed projects on the hook(s).

  6. Love the juxtaposition of the colours and stitches! Can't wait to see the macro! Mom has had her crochet hook going and did make a door draft stop but when she cut the towel core she forgot about the shrinkage so it is about 1 inch to short! Additions will have to be made...and she finished a toque - she tried to put it on me and take a photo - HORRORS! I then tried to kill it and the Pom Pom got all distroyed! 4 inch pieces of yarn everywhere. Purrs Marv

  8. Love the stitches! I have just gotten out of the 30 year "granny square" rut in the past few years and love learning new stitches!
