MenoSundays; Life Lived Lovingly

One year ago today, Gail found herself back in the hospital... Earlier that year, she had written a poem, from which I have highlighted the last two lines. If you would like to read the whole of it, you can do so on this link...  A Cliff Walk In The Haar. There will be another push-through link. You need to 'turn' the pages of the sampler to find it.

  2. a most excellent Sunday quote - and so apt as it turned out for Gail (and for all of us shocked by such sudden loss).

  7. Gail had an amazing capacity to make her words sing to all our hearts
I cannot believe how this year has passed so quickly yet so slowly.
Tomorrow would have been Gail's birthday.

  8. Thank you for sharing this. I've been thinking lately about how close we are to one year since Gail left us. She was a gifted writer. I enjoyed looking at the entire poem on the link you provided and have saved it to share; indeed the whole booklet is well worth a look. I will always miss her from afar.
