  2. What a nice quote from Swami Chinmayananda ... So relevant in these days. ... Hatred begets hatred .. Love begets love. ... What we need is more understanding, love and tolerance.

  3. Yes to bad things being rooted in creating a sense of 'otherness' - but don't unscrupulous political leaders play on that. How does one educate a voting population not to fall into the cesspool?

  4. so very true! I had hoped the USA had gotten past most of the hatred but hear it is, raising its ugly head once again.
    it seems we are back sliding into the hate that was rampant in my child hood

  8. Ja, da stimme ich zu. Liebe bleibt stärker als Hass. Leider merkt man im Moment in manchen Ländern nichts davon. Die Sprache der Wunder ist die Sprache, die uns alle verbindet. Es ist die Sprache der Gefühle, die uns die Freiheit gibt, über uns selbst und andere nachzudenken, uns zu verändern und uns zu entwickeln. Das kennst du natürlich.
    Ich werde am kommenden Wochenende ein Meditationsseminar zu diesen Themen besuchen und freue mich sehr darauf.
