What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
What a nice quote from Swami Chinmayananda ... So relevant in these days. ... Hatred begets hatred .. Love begets love. ... What we need is more understanding, love and tolerance.
Yes to bad things being rooted in creating a sense of 'otherness' - but don't unscrupulous political leaders play on that. How does one educate a voting population not to fall into the cesspool?
Hari Om This is what history is for - but every century there comes along one (or more) who think it's a "howtory" and then it all goes on repeat... Yxx
so very true! I had hoped the USA had gotten past most of the hatred but hear it is, raising its ugly head once again. it seems we are back sliding into the hate that was rampant in my child hood
Fanaticism of any colour is undesirable as it blinds us to the subtleties of truth.

A quote that is so relevant today especially in the United States. I hope we can turn the hate around and bring back more love and tolerance.
