What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
Great quote! I needed to hear that right now. I am a horrible invalid and my shoulders are sore from lugging myself around using a walker. This morning I have been feeling sorry for myself. #1 son is off working overseas on his first contract since Covid and I shall be happy for him that I did make a pot of coffee when I let the dog out and go and get my own coffee out of the kitchen. Love you! Barb
True, but I'd add allow kind friends and loved ones to bring you happiness too.
ReplyDeleteCheers! Gail.
Gail you reap what you have generously sowed over the years.
DeleteSo, so very true!
ReplyDeleteYes...in other words don't just sit there and expect it to come to you!
ReplyDeleteIt's the only way to do it.
ReplyDeleteSo true! Happy Sunday, have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteAmen
ReplyDeleteYAM without realizing it...you bring us the happies each day.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Gail's comment
Hugs Cecilia
I have a reminder somewhere that happiness is the journey, not the destination.
