WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Menorise [men-oh-rIse]; the condition of inculcation

Technically these would fit under the heading of menosophical, but they are not so much about discussion as simply affirmations and pointers.  When I had a full website running for my healing practice I had a number of these up for folk to use as contemplative and refreshment tools… why not transfer them here?!

Breath deeply.

Consider the perfection of nature.

Ponder upon the fragility of all it contains, yet how strong.

Marcel Proust wrote “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.”

Nature provides 'eye refreshment'. Gaze upon this picture and every day the nature around you.

Look not just at the whole, but at the components. See the patterns. Observe how it all fits together.

Imagine it on a global scale. Understand your place within that pattern.

Then return to the whole. Become new 'I's!
