Patience.
An
attribute of personality which can be found to be thin in supply.
We live
in a fast world. Each successive
generation can be found to lament how life is speeding up. There is no doubt, however, that the age of
technology has ensured a further quickening.
Modern
communications have built up an intolerance for waiting. There is the constant messaging and chirping
and snap-sending.
Will the
world fall apart without these?
The
mountains think not.
I agree with the mountains.

The mountains are very wise and been here a long time listen to the mountains.
ReplyDeleteMerle.........
I think of that when I get impatient for one of the computers at work because they are "slow". Then I remember what it used to be like when turning on a computer way back when. I also agree with the mountains!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliment on my crochet blanket. It was the first time I ever did crochet and I taught myself. I made the blanket for my husband for Christmas. I've been working on one for a wedding gift but I'm not in love with it so I have a hard time getting into making it. I am over half way done so it is way too late to start over even though the wedding was several months ago :0)
