Menorise [men-oh-rIse]; the condition of inculcation

Taken with the 'Nik' on 8mp, but as loading many pics in advance of my transfer, have cut them down to size - this results in loss of clarity, for which I apologise.  Do keep an eye on MY TAKE though, as some of these will be showing up in much better state!

Patience.

An attribute of personality which can be found to be thin in supply.

We live in a fast world.  Each successive generation can be found to lament how life is speeding up.  There is no doubt, however, that the age of technology has ensured a further quickening.

Modern communications have built up an intolerance for waiting.  There is the constant messaging and chirping and snap-sending.

Will the world fall apart without these?

The mountains think not.

  3. I think of that when I get impatient for one of the computers at work because they are "slow". Then I remember what it used to be like when turning on a computer way back when. I also agree with the mountains!

Thanks for the compliment on my crochet blanket. It was the first time I ever did crochet and I taught myself. I made the blanket for my husband for Christmas. I've been working on one for a wedding gift but I'm not in love with it so I have a hard time getting into making it. I am over half way done so it is way too late to start over even though the wedding was several months ago :0)
