What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Me-now-views; the Less Speak More Peek day

It could be argued that lately it has been nearly all 'me-now-views' on this supposedly wordy blog... but I have been a bit busy you may have noticed along with it!!  Today here are a few more fine views to see you into the evening before year's end.

The photo above is taken from the castle looking across at the old Court House and up Canada Hill... yes my Canadian pals, you read that correctly!!

As we departed Bute under threat of storms and ferry closures, the passengers of the Argyle were treated to this stunning moonrise.  Now as the year 2013 closes its door, let me wish you all a safe, fun and happy time this Hogmanay from a bright and shiny Scotland!!

  4. Wishing you a happy hogmanay, too, Yam.
Lots happening here to indicate it might not be the best year ever, too many people at the point of dying and not all of them old.
Still, I know, there will be wonderful times and beautiful sights, despite the sorrow, because life is like that.
    E you soon, most likely.

  8. Love your photos! Thanks for following me! Scotland looks like a very beautiful place. I have only traveled in Asia. Lady says my flying days are over because I am a senior citizen and it is too hard on my organs. But I can go many places through photos!
