As she was with 'the caterpillar'... an on the go project I whipped up with found wools and hooks in Edinburgh. The different weights of yarn, combined with varied stitches, gave texture to this little 'stole' for sitting and studying on the cooler days approaching. The first image is a close up of the detail from my own camera.. the second was texted to me by the recipient.

ReplyDeleteThat looks like such a cosy shawl! I just put blankets on me. Works a treat, although they are a bit more lumbersome than a shawl!
