Once a week I partake in a microfiction prompt over at Grandma's place, (not exceeding 140 characters OR 140 words). This had been getting done on the TAKE TOO blog, but that is now being merged into 'doses of WY'. So now there will be two post of a Sunday (or occasionally a Monday) in response to the prompt... which is always a picture and a bonus word. This week that is HESITATION.
He who
hesitates lands in the pot.

Bruno didn’t
hesitate to say yes to Brunhildie. He loved that she came with no strings
attached.

The witch
Carried the

To brush
aside
The hesitation
Of the

Of her
devotion
Though the
Chef had a

He wished
to ride
On visitation

We were on similar wavelengths this week. Love them all!
ReplyDeleteGood for you! I like the idea of merging. I merged a couple of years ago. It lets people see what you are about!
ReplyDeleteNot sure where you are going with this but I like the characters.

I think we were all thinking along similar lines with the first two. My favorite is the third, however. Probably because I lack your skills in poems and imagery.
