What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

SPARKLE!!!
The glint of the sunlight upon water, metal, glass...

That one at right is a 'macro' of the reflection from the eider and the gull; zooming right into the water. No post-processing, that is exactly what appeared. Like a piece of modern art!

The one below was taken through my window, the winter sun catching on a 'dangle' from an ornament, the focus held long.

Most of these I have taken from the archives over at MY TAKE, where the best of my pics go.

The one at left is the Aberdeen Harbour Traffic office building, which has a mirrored glass panel to capture the water's sparkle!!!

Yes, it's actually built at that angle.

Whatchya got for me this week?

  13. I love the macro of the water. If an artist were to try and paint something like that, it wouldn't look as good!

I will have to go out again soon and take my camera with me. I might do tomorrow (I am off, fortunately) and take in an area I have only been to once. Good idea!
