What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Meno-oot'n'aboot...

As mentioned on Monday, am in Edinburgh; not actually typing this there though. There wouldn't be time as was travelling yesterday, then will have been out to the city to organise the tickets I have decided upon for shows next week this morning; then rushed back to get to an arranged place for lunch.... the plan is to meet up with ..................... Mara and Brom!!! They and their relatives will be in Edinburgh for the Tattoo and some tour and - all going according to plan - we'll have a couple of hours together over a pub lunch near the father's place. You'll be reading in due course how that went.

Which means I have prepared this post in advance, indeed the whole week's posts, in order to maintain flow. Being oot'n'aboot, the Fudge will also hopefully capture some interesting scenes. Unless of course it is bucketing down. In which case the storm-brelly will be opening, rather than the camera shutter.

Thursday's are usually  my 'more meaningful' posts.. to pad-out in that theme today, please enjoy some inspiration for meditation.

Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible. - Francis of Assisi

To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders. - Lao Tzu

He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe. - Marcus Aurelius

  8. Hi Yamini,
Lovely quotes and very meaningful ones!
I came across the first one yesterday and shared it with my family - believe it or not.
It is an advice that is straightforward and readily usable.
    Have a Beautiful Day!!
    Peace :)
