Supermoon shots...
                           super Moon shots....
                                                  Super! Moon shots...
...excited yet?

Don't be; the night was long (it began at 1:30am and lasted till dawn) and cold and damp. There was a heavy, wet haze interfering with exposures, creating halos and refractions and dawg-knows what else. Add to that long exposures and hand-held. Well, it was interesting. I experimented. I had fun. All one can ask for, really. Here's the "cream"...

This was moonset somewhere round 6am... taken through the double glazing - so can you see the moon appear down the hill too!

  7. Excellent work! We haven't seen the moon much. It just seems to be cloudy. Not bad the last two days and Wed., HUGE rains!
