The last spot to be filled prior to the big Oz trip. There has been next to no Fudge-work done lately. The paltry offerings lie below.
Well... these first two are dummies. They are from Australia! From several years back. I happened across them when searching for something else. The thistle growing so well in OZ pleased my heart. the rain spattered rose is on the memorial bush for angel Jade.
Next, last week's full moon as it rose in the East, from my kitchen window. Not quite as spectacular as the eclipse, but playing in FOTOR is fun...
There was a glimpse of sun during that last week in Dunoon too.... honestly, a mere glimpse. No sooner did I manage to take this next shot, than the sky blinked and that was that. Oh, forgot that I had a shot of the crescent moon too...
Then there were the new scarves from Red Bubble... (tee-shirts arrived as well, but had them wrapped for Christmas before I remembered about Fudge)...they are for the MacSibs, so will get photos with them being modeled hopefully. I am already wearing the multicoloured scarf - it rocks a black outfit!!! The orange one is also for myself, but the pink one will be going to Mac2, who is not so much a tee-shirt gal.
That's it then folks. The last 'live' post till 2016... Hope you will enjoy all the things that have been scheduled to keep you entertained here at the hutch.
Meanwhile, I'll be keeping tabs on you all with the YAMroid. It is gradually getting tamed!
May not be as regular, or as many comments though. But I'll be there ........&*<>
Love ya all. YAM xx

Pretty series of images. The moon shots are lovely. Have a happy new week!
ReplyDeletelove the scotch thistle - we had them growing all around us in australia too
ReplyDeleteI read your prior post about conflict of dates and thought about a John Steinbeck quote A journey is like marriage. The certain way to be wrong is to think you control it". Have a safe journey. Thistle is pretty but its sharp prickles sure can get you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being a friend
Sweet William The Scot
Your 1st picture is a thistle and considered a weed over here. My dad walks the pasture cutting their pretty pink heads off and places them in a bag. He does this so they won't over take the pasture and the hay will be of good quality.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,
Sully
like Sully we try to get rid of the thistles here. Love the moon pictures. have a safe trip!
