It has been mentioned here before that one of the Maestro's favourite charities was Scottish Love in Action and this was one of two which were set up at Just Giving as a memorial for her death. This film is shared with you today in part to honour Amy's connection to SLA, but also, because it stands alone as a demonstration of CeL.
To be remembered is wonderful. What a great group of souls.
ReplyDeleteI agree with LBJ, a wonderful way for people to remember you.
ReplyDeleteThey are doing some good work here. Even though these kids aren't raised in a traditional family unit they are not emotionally orphaned. So sad that so many died from HIV when medicine has come as far as it has. Having kids go onto higher education is evidence of this program's success! We are so very spoiled in our country.
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
A sad but happy story too.
ReplyDeleteI wish then every success what they are doing is wonderful.
My sister would love it here she never wears shoes if she can get away with it.
