Menolterayshun; Operation Stuffy (aka 'whilst YAM's away the toys will play)

Pardon me if I look a wee tad glum.

It's because Mr Pickles is my chum.

He's always the one to take the lead.

I'm his stand-in... you know, in need.

That said, there are joys to be had.

YAM's home is safe and warm. I'm glad.

I get cuddled and dusted from time to time.

That's it. I'm done. I've run out of rhyme.
