What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Me-Now-Views; the Northern Explorer version

Before departing to the upper right quadrant of the Bonny Land, I had to wrestle with the triffids tomato giants to get them into the bath (the capsicum and chili plants too) and leave them soaking...

This one lone fruit was there... it's still there after three weeks, plus one other...

I could do a whole post on these guys... in fact, look out, cuz I will!!!

The gorse and the broom was OUTSTANDING this year
and the air was filled with its pollen and the perfume of coconut

I'm gonna try to at least look at blogs from my iPad but posting and commenting from it is a Bear!

  4. I love gorse! When touring through Ireland there would always be yellow somewhere, either the spring or autumn gorse would be blooming.

I am imagining you filling the tub to the brim and then lowering your plants in it. Did they not drown or did you only leave them a couple of inches?

I wrapped the pots in bubble-wrap which had a few small holes punched at the bottom them settled them in a bath one third full of water and feed... the greenery is strong, but as have not been around to see to the polllination, I doubt there will be more than the one little tom off the whole thing!!! Yxx
