WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

MenoSundays; Life Lived Lovingly

Good morning dear ones! The MENObloggy has restored its natural balance and Sundays are reclaimed for the purpose of spreading Love with the capital 'ell'. For those who could bear to hang around for the last month as we progressed from A to Z, it will have been discovered that Love is the Universal Connector. For all that was 'foreign' about the Vedantic principles which were presented many, I believe, found something they could take away from the articles and make use of in their own lives. Or at least have food for the little grey cells to gorge upon!

It was both daunting and rewarding to spend a month revelling in my pet subject. However, in the month that "YAM-aunty" was busy doing all that, quite a bit was happening in Blogville, that place of pets and peeps who know how to share and embrace the capital 'ell'.

Not least of the happenings was the untimely departure of the very dear and loving Jessie. I had the most wonderfurs time with Jessie when we met at the B.A.R. back in 2016 (golly, is it really two years ago already?). She and her brother Casey and their 'mum' Andrea drove all the way from Texas to be with us in Indiana and boy are we glad they did. What beautifurs company... and oh my, the smoochies Jessie and I shared!!!

In many ways, she reminded me of angel Jade, with such joie de vivre and desire to share your space.

I joined much of Blogville in sharing the tears of Andrea when it became necessary to say goodbye to Jessie, who had been struggling with health issues for some time. The Love and nursing of 'mum' had ensured a longer time than might have otherwise been and there is no denying there is a hole left where Jessie once was.

Others have departed too, or are facing some difficult times and I just wanted, today, to send out a solid message of Love and Hugs and Wags and Whiskeries and Growlies and Squawks and whatever else is needed to efurrybuddy. I am so grateful to be connected to you all by this gossamer thread called Ether and by the strongest of all threads, that capital 'ell'.

BLESSINGS. PEACE. HEALTH... BUT MOST OF ALL, LOVE.

  2. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh YAM-Aunty what a beautifur post in honor and memory of precious Jessie Box girl extraordinaire! It was indeed a pleasure to meet the 3 musketeers from Texas. Love with a capital 'ell' flowed from all their eyes for one another. In my mind's eye I can still see Jessie and Casey when the pulled into the parking lot at the RRI they were so ready to meet and greet and full of energy and that is how I will remember Andrea and J and C. 4. And please allow us to send that same love right back to you. We too were very sad about Jessie - she was a beautiful girl and held on for as long as she could. Now she lives forever in Andrea's heart.
