'PAW' UPDATE...Hellloooo... the YAMster is back in the Hutch as of Sunday evening. Mac1 drove me over from Edinburgh in the father's car (it needed a stretch) and stayed over to see me through another visit to the fracture clinic. The cast was removed and the x-ray showed healing well-begun, but some way to go yet. Am now splint-strapped to within a millimetre of strangulation and have to keep it thus for the next three weeks, then for as long as I feel necessary. Not able to use that hand at all yet, so the curtailed commenting will remain. I am posting here, but at VERY frustrating pace - - - but then, I have little else to take my time right now!
Now see some pretty pick-chewers and forget the rest...
Gosh darn it. That wrist is being a booooooger. It for sure is in control. Gentle hugs. Maybe being home will give you some peace of mind...you know mind over matter

Ps pretty pics
ReplyDeleteMom remembers that the doctor told her it takes longer for the bones to heal as humans get a few years older. We hope the splint and the three weeks torture see a lot of improvement for you.
ReplyDeleteJust loving that beautiful ornate fencing.

My uncle was a pick-chewer. A real and bonafide pick-chewer.
ReplyDeleteLove the photos! And sorry about the paw! My human is just now getting back to her normal self after the broken shoulder...her excuse was she has to type for a living and that tired everything out so commenting in the evening was out of the picture!!
