We reach the letter "Y". A touch of the self-indulgent today, then. Y is for Yamini! Yes!!! The holiday in the Great Down Under Parts has been going apace and this Wednesday will see not only the new month but the end of four weeks and therefore half the visit. Crikey!
Despite having quite an intense use of time for much of it, there have also been lovely moments of repose and - thankfully - time to fill in the posts I hadn't scheduled, with on-the-go posts like this one. Erratic, eccentric? Maybe, but also fun! As tomorrow's final letter post has got 'views' that are not actually views, I thought I might post a few more than usual here of the first week spent with cuzzy D prior to going to Adelaide (of which more when have had time to sort things out - we only got back yesterday).
There was the collecting of post (cuzzy D's townhouse is the third up the row), the 'ladies at lunch' event, the road trip to Sublime Point (a known 'jumping' spot, hence the plaque) and the finally getting of birds in the lens (whoop whoop!).
Hope you are not all Yawning from boredom...

ReplyDeleteI cannot imagine seeing those beautiful parrots out in the wild.
Australia has some of the must unique names Wollongong.
Do you leave Oz soon? If so, safe travels
