Menorpixilating; pictures v. words

As you read this, I am en route for the Hutch. You may have noticed an absence of comments over at your own blogs. Can't be helped. Am not that 'mobile' in comms!

Today's post is more about mopping up some of the shots from much earlier in the trip down under; from the Penrith Regional Art Gallery (which was small but perfectly formed) and some nature shots from around Wollongong.

The main gallery room held records and images from two centuries of
Love and Marriage in NSW. Both entertaining and informative.
"Always the Bridesmaid..."
This room is heritage listed, and the artist was new to me - Ray Delgarno.
Both Cuzzy D and I were very taken with his work! Below is a close-up of
"Shift Over".

Purple Swamp Hen... in next image are Coot and Waterhens... then their feet.

    Hi Yam - hope the trip back was reasonable and you'll love being home - though missing this brilliant trip. The museum/gallery looks so interesting, while the botanic garden is a delight ... love the feet! Cheers Hilary
