Please forgive another stalling of continuation on the shatripuu series; having arrived in Edinburgh after my trip away with Gail and Bertie, it has been a full-on week sorting a few things out for the father, and lots of visitors. Just have not been able to sit for any length of time to get 'serious' writing done. Am going to have to be firm about 'me' time next week!
Not that it hasn't been enjoyable. Baking and cooking for the father is a favourite task, doing the housework is a matter of pride. Helping to entertain his visitors is entertaining in return. (For newbies/a reminder, dad has Parkinsons Disease. It is progressing and he is very frail now.)
Anyway, explanation over. Allow me to leave you with this to ponder...

ReplyDeleteI can feel for you with your dad. and it is a blessing you can care for and help him, for you and for him. no wonder you have not time to sit and write. Daddy had Parkinson's, is why I say I can relate to you
