Me-Now-Views; Less Speak More Peek

These shots were taken on the weekend of my birthday (end of April)... the bouquet and the vases they came in were a gift from Neighbour M, all the blooms gathered from her garden. She also gave the mini cosmos card.

Neighbour M and Dad have catchup in the sunshine - socially distanced!

Dad's street - normally end to end cars...
The main science campus for the Uni of Edinburgh is just up the top there.

  1. What a lovely colorful post YAM. Fresh posies right out of the garden must have been very fragrant.
Dad and M are having a fine visit. Would I be correct in saying you favor your handsome Daddy?

  8. In times like these, the ability to take pleasure in small things is so important. Pretty flowers and a chat with a dear old friend in a sunny garden a case in point.

  9. Hi Yam - how wonderful to see your father happy and outside ... you're doing a great job ... similarly I have happy memories of my mother's last years, even though she was confined to bed: it was, like yours, a positive time. That's so kind of your neighbour ... what a great card, while those flowers are just gorgeous. Love the photos and memories ... thank you - Hilary
