Here we are on the final Friday of the first month of a fresh decade. The third decade of our current century. I asked all who are participating in my little fiction meme to be prompted by this one photograph, taken by "F" over at Tigger's Wee Blog. It just begged to have tales told about it...

DeleteI read it twice but then I got it.. I did the declutter also but not as much as you did. I agree with Bertie, wish this was fiction and not true... love it
ReplyDeletePEE ESS - read Sandra's offering AT MADSNAPPER!
DeleteThis is great and unfortunately true.
ReplyDeleteOh my. How on earth did you find out all those plague names and dates? Wow. We think we have more knowledge and better medicine now, yet can't seem to stop it. We also have better means of spreading it! Hoping common sense and better pharmaceuticals will win out soon.
ReplyDeleteOh my word YAM...you have surely put your expert research skills to use. I had no idea about many of these.
ReplyDeleteWe can only hope with each one we have learned and retained valuable self preservation.
Hugs Cecilia
An interesting collection of links to explore today. At least we see that all pandemics eventually come to an end. We just hope we're here to see the end of this one.
ReplyDeleteWoW! Well done! The photo evoked in me feelings I did not yet want to explore. Your take is superb. Thank you! Love Barb

It is late in the week to link this - but I promised a young woman author if she accepted the challenge, Tigger would put it on his blog. (https://tiggerswee-blog.blogspot.com/2021/02/written-by-saxony-hunn-age-13-later.html) Regards to all and if you like your tale and want to encourage creative writers, leave her a comment on Tigger's Blog. (xxx Mr T and F)
