select a pen or pencil to keep with that notebook
daily open the notebook and write one word
let that word be "Love" (note the capital 'ell')
write it again and again in your best handwriting
tighten it up when you see it slackening, sloping, slinking off the line
cover the page
just one page
per day

Focus on the touch of the nib to the page and the creation that takes place. 
Think nothing. 
Just write. 
Feel the peace...

    I journal almost everyday as part of a meditative practice. I try to write for at least 20 minutes. If I run out, I a write a singular word (like Love) over and over until the 20 minutes is up.
