Me-Now-Views; Less Speak More Peek

Balance of the images taken during last week's visitation from the "Edinburgh delegation." The last one was not a brilliant photograph, but once manipulated digitally, makes an interesting 'watercolour...' First, the Gantocks light marker, some textures of iron and plaster, wild blueberries, spot the birdy, lamp of remembrance, minesweeping manoeuvres and Mac1 and Neighbour M negotiate the cliff...

Jubilee point is abundant with bushes and down on the shady side (not the sunny side!) I would have picked a bucket load... but there was also an inordinate horde of midgies and I got very badly attacked. My face is still a bit 'alpine' with crusty bits coming off the lumps every day. I have been blessed at the Hutch that they don't come here, nor down by the shore (mostly) so wasn't quite prepared in the middle of the day for such an onslaught! We did pick a couple of handfuls to enjoy just there and then though. Delicious pure wild product, not all lacklustre like so many of the imported supermarket sort! YAM xx

  10. We enjoyed seeing all your pictures. It did take a few seconds to pick the bird out among the rocks. We say that is very good camouflage.
