Once when complaining to my son about my emotions being so negative with all the previous administrations gimmicks he gave me this advise. Do not let anyone else own your happiness or positive thoughts. Stress level was reduced as I followed his advise. namaste, janice xx

I find anger, while important does prevent me from solving problems.
