What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
Please forgive my slight laziness in the production of the Sunday posts this month... having visitors and Olympic fatigue may be a factor... time management, another.
Hari OM Hehehe - yes, two weeks and two days, but at least there is cricket. The trailer on C4 for the Paras is brilliant - and I am hoping that they have slightly better coverage of all the disciplines. We'll see. I was up for the cycling this morning... fantastic stuff. Now to get some posting scheduled. I've been lax! Yxx
I sometimes wonder if the reason we like the Olympics so much is their coming infrequently but regularly - like milestones in our lives, and a sort of seasonality that makes them special - like the way real summer strawberries are so much better than the forced year round varieties.
It's quality not quantity that counts.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the Olympics excuse is fast running out. Oh, no, I've just remembered, Paralympics still to come!
Hari Om
Delete... LOL... two day's grace, at least! It has been a fantastic fortnight and I managed to be awake for most of the cycling overnight. Yxx

ReplyDeleteThere is always the Test Matches until the Paralympics start. Did you see the coverage will be on Channel 4 and More 4?
