What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Menoizikul; Midweek Musicalisms

The final clip for this month's Jerusalema focus comes from Bhutan Airlines. I admit to you that I was in paper hankie mode at the end of this one. Was it that I had been watching so many wonderful and heartfelt vids to sift these out? Was it the message at the end? Was it just that the job of "Yamini-Devi" is to grieve for the world that, although it craves unity, expresses hope so beautifully, still falls to acts of mass insanity...?

  2. Hi Yam - This was wonderful ... they all looked so happy, relaxed and peaceful as they danced letting us share their hope for unity and strength to help all ... I loved it - thanks for highlighting it to us. I'm an admirer of the King of Bhutan - and this epitomises their way of selflessness ... excellent to see - thank you - Hilary

  3. this one is beautiful to watch, there clothing is so pretty and the video does lift the spirits. USA has once again a mass shooting that has killed 19 small children, our spirits need lifting. this is the first time I have heard of this country, Bhutan. i did run a quick search to find where it is

  6. I always wonder how long it takes for them to get these type of videos right. So much fun! Lee and Phod who are at hour 92.5 without power, but saw hydro guys on ATVs in the yard so hopefully soon!
