WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Menolyrical; Final Friday Fiction

While May seemed to drag its days, June seems to have disappeared in rather an ungainly hurry! Here we are at the final Friday of it, and time to place a photograph from one's own collection and write some words around it. Long-termers here may find themselves thinking, "deja vu?" They'd not be wrong... I am recycling again.

Now, have a go yourselves (see guidelines on the FFF Rulez page in the tabs above) and do remember to share! I did wonder about taking up a linky thing again - but, frankly, there's not enough of you to make that worth the effort. Sorry for the laziness 😎. What I did do, though, was rephrase it a bit, juxtaposed some lines. Edited, in other words. Does it work?

INFINITE QUERIES

What if...the heavens fell?
What if...stars strew around?
What if...we lived not well?
What if...love lost, not found?

What if...the cosmos cried?
What if...no primal scream?
What if...our purpose died?
What if...'twas all a dream?

  3. What if indeed. Watched a Brian Cox tv program last night about life in the universe. It was very much a what if...like you second stanza.

  7. I am the queen of What If, this could be my mantra. I ask myself What if on every thing I do and see and hear. What if we knew the answers to your What if questions?
