Marlborough - much more than a market town... (and yes, that's a Spanish omelette/tortilla in the pan - very tasty it was too!)

  1. I have no idea where you are, but wish I could be there, too. Did you make that Mexican tortilla, or buy it?

I normally would make my own - but being in the van on the first trip, everything was very much in 'camping' mode, so this is indeed one from the supermarket. I had not seen them before, but clearly, it's the latest thing, as every shop I went into had a version. I have to say, it was delicious... almost as good as home made and certainly a lot less work! Yxx

  7. Reminds me that we haven’t had tortillas for a while. Maybe today’s the day. We have a nice, fiery pico de gallo already made and a ripe avocado, so it all sounds perfect. Now all I need is a bottle of Spanish wine and I know where to get that!
