Your remedy is within you, but you do not sense it.
Your sickness is from you, but you do not perceive it.
You presume you are a small entity,
but within you is enfolded the entire universe.
You are indeed the evident book
by whose alphabet the hidden becomes manifest.
Therefore, you have no need to look beyond yourself.
What you seek is within you, if only you reflect.
Wishing you good health and that you prosper in your pursuits. Enjoy your Diwali (Deepavali here).

DeleteShubh Deepavali! (Yes I actually call it that too, as was taught by South Indians - Diwali being the Northern contracted form... a bit like Xmas for Christmas...) Yxx
I'm afraid this one's a bit tricky to read against the swirly background.
ReplyDeleteBut have a good Sunday. I hope the weather's as nice as it is here in Torridon right now.

Deletecorrected... and the sun is doing its best - it might actually win if it keeps it up! Yxx
I agree with this quote, and am and will be struggling to do this and find/know the answers to my LIFE within myself, things are going on that have no known answer, and the trick to living with them has to come from within myself
ReplyDeleteThis is a great quote!
ReplyDeleteGreat quote and message. Take care, happy Sunday! Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteWhat we seek is within us. I realized it though late.

Hi Yam - yes ... we all need to look at ourselves most of the time and be there for others in their need and love. Thanks for the reminder this weekend - cheers Hilary
