In the introductory post to this month's disc picks, I mentioned that I danced Calypso during my visit to Saint Lucia. Here's an example of how that may have looked. This video was produced during the pandemic, so the ladies have created masks to match their lovely dresses - and I particularly like the one which honours the national flag!
The costumes are quite lovely and we love how they made the masks to match. The dancers look like they really enjoy what they are doing - and them make us wish we could join them:)

ReplyDeletetheir dresses are so beautiful, my favorite is the Aqua that comes up on the front page of video, the one that danced with the man in the middle of the video. I like that the dresses and buildings are all the same colors, so bright and beautiful and the sign letters are amazing... a happy video for sure.....
