What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
Stunning photos! Is the next to last picture rose bay willowherb (what we call fireweed in the US)? We have a large patch near our back fence that often colors beautifully in the autumn.
for me, natures hidden art is my favorite. the beauty of dead leaves, nothing better than that. awesome nature, waiting for the gray van and the lady with the camera to capture it for us
I think it’s time for you to take up painting, YAM. The new Scottish pointillism movement you are about to create will be renowned in no time at all. Be sure to send me a small watercolour. Nothing too large - I am running out of wall space.
YAM Mother Nature did a wonderful job of speaking. I really love carpets of leaves. I took a 1.8 mile walk this morning. Lovely 55 degrees and leaves everywhere dancing Hugs Cecilia
Beautiful! I feel like I was on the walk too! I LOVE the fall colours and being stuck in the house for the last month (along with the NO WALKING) has left me feeling a little blue. Oh, i can see the changes - at a distance, but the smell, the sounds and the plethora of colours intermingling are missed. Your photos are fabulishious! Keep being awesome! Love Barb
Summer's almost gone; winter's coming on. Looks cold.

Now, there's a tske on Autumn - up close, decay setting in, life returning to soil to support more life. Nature's recycling.

ReplyDeleteLove the leaf closeups. Our leaves are pretty all fallen from the trees and we didn't get much color this year - not enough rain at all.
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely adventure! You have a keen eye.
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely foliage pictures today.
