True but difficult to avoid doing if we set out to reason with the pros and cons of any potential course of action before deciding on our own route through.
Amen to this one and I see that all that commented before me have the same problems with limiting notions that I do. Humans are really good at it and we all need to fight against it.
I so needed to read this today! I have been ever so frustrated with my leg and the fact that everything is taking so long to heal. My leg is "bent" which is making walking difficult. I have been trying to tell myself to "Just Do It!" I have printed the Swami and taped him the the back of the front door so that I can disperse my fears. Thank YOU! Barb
