Menoizikul; Midweek Musicalisms

As the selection of composers by birthday was something of a success last month, the same has been applied for August. Again, I am mostly leaving to the music to speak. There will be the name of the composer, their birthdate and country of birth.

We begin with Reynaldo Hahn, August 9th, 1874, Venezuela - though family moved to France in his infancy, so he is considered a French composer. Well known for his songs, this one (and several others extolling the city in question) are in Italian...
