Yesterday, I introduced you to Little Sparta, an amazing property that is all about art, gardening, and the human condition. Today, all the photos are directly referencing the natural side of the property.
As we went up the farm track that leads into the place, there were lots of House Martins enjoying the breeze...
This little video clip gives you a sense of the peace and 'hidden' quality of the property. This spot was well sheltered, so the evidence of air movement comes only at the end. Further up the hill, the breeze might be what one would call 'stiff'!
Beyond the kailyard (kitchen garden), lies the meadow area. Having harvested some broad beans from the first, I also bagged a whole dishful of blackcurrants from the bushes in the latter - that's them in two lines curving away from the right centre...
Now, I think I shall leave the remaining images to speak for themselves!
Lovely captures!
