Menonday Art Vibe; Space Time
These sculptures were gorgeous! I tried recording them, but the volume was insufficient to cut through all the background noise at the gallery. Trust me, the sound effects emanating from within the bowls were lovely. One had birds, another a stream, and yet another the sound of the wind in the grass... These would be so soothing to have beside one's chair, space permitting.

Amazing sculptures
ReplyDeleteVery interesting. Just one doubt: are there some devices inside the bowls that create the sound or are the sounds created by someting else?

DeleteYes, small electronics inside producing the sound. Yxx
wow thats interesting... and every visitor has a different idea about that...
ReplyDeleteWow, now those are not the usual kind of art I would expect! LOL! They sure are unique and intriguing to see and (and listen to...if I could).
ReplyDeleteThese look great - shame we can't hear them: I think it takes a special kind of mind to imagine and then create these things.
