What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.
You were promised a fun finish to this month's listenings... Zorba's tune has appeared here before, but in the film version. Here, provided in a link from blogpal David Gascoigne, is a truly Greek experience of this energetic and life-affirming piece... OPA!
Hi Yam - great David sent you this piece of music ... love it - perhaps I should get some of my Spanokopita out to have an early lunch?! I remember when plates were being thrown around in the 1970s ... I don't think it was Greek Street, possibly Charlotte Street. Thanks for posting ... cheers Hilary
I am surprised no one was dancing in a circle with their arms over each other since that is what I saw while listening and wondering just how they get their fingers to go that fast. I like it
OPA indeed Delightful music today. I thoroughly enjoyed it ...the movie and the music years ago What dexterity they all have too. I noticed the itty bitty stringed instrument on the end. Never seen one quite the small Hugs cecilia
