What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Menosukhi Monday - the one in which I go all sentimental

A last little share from Remus and his family... getting all Chrisified...

Hey there folks.  On YAM-aunty's last visit with us, mum made an extra-special Sri Lankan lunch of home-made dhosai and all the trims.  Here you see her working at the speed of light.  It's the only gear she has I think... then she wonders at me taking spins around the house!

Then again, it can be pretty laid back round here.

I am on best behaviours in this shot because mum is setting up The Tree. Notice that I am barred from proceedings...

There's mum - speed of light again!

The result was pleasing though - don't you agree?

But I don't see anything there for me...

Give it time!!  Anyway.  I may not have a blog of my own, but I have had great fun being part of Blogville for a while through YAM-aunty's posts.  I do love when mum visits other dloggers and shares them with me and please know that I am keeping an eye on you all!

I and my family wish you all the very best for the festive season and who knows? Maybe I'll drop in from time to time!  Lots of love to all.  Remus Lupine Selvadurai xxx

  1. Tree looks good best to keep the furry friends away from it, I remember one year when we had new kittens boy did they have fun with the tree and all the bits hanging off it.

  2. Remus, I have loved seeing your pictures and getting to know you. Your tree is beautiful. Does your mum scare you with that speed of light thing?

  3. What a lovely tree, Remus. My dad brought our Christmas tree up from the cellar today and now my mom is deciding where to put it.
Merry and happy and all good thoughts from my house to yours,

  4. Hi Aunty yam,
Hope your trip to the island was fruitful.

Remember the Christmas presses you gave us. Mum left them under the tree. But dad opened the door, and I snuck in with the speed of lightening, must have got this from mum, and opened a few. When mum got home she was angry with dad and me. Bug I think, dad got a bigger serve, if you get my drift,

I have learnt to give my paw nose when sitting for food. Mum will send ypu a photo.

As for having my own blog, mum refuses to budge. She'd says she is toooooooo busy, and I must say she is. My organises mum, is baking her Christmas cake only today. She got young muscles l to mix it all, when she got back from work.

She will send ypu a photo of them all dressed up for the wedding yesterday. Sharmo aunt said, to tell the boys not to ho out, as they will stop traffic.

Will send you more photos, and it guess I will leave the blog updating to ypu.

Oh taffy, I is really like you. I scare mum with the lightening thing because when she us dressing saree, I go under it, and she gets very angry. These humans I tell you.

    Merle, thank you

Lindy, I will tell mum to keep an eye out for the tree. I might do some sniffing.

    Remus.
