WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Menoxullation - flumoxation continuation...

It is but eight days away, the taking of the key.  It's a difficult stage.

There are things to be done and sorted yet I feel like I am flapping my arms about and hitting nothing.  Achieving nothing.  Going round in circles.  I long to be hanging out in my own space.

Not that it looks like this.  It IS big.  Roomy.  With nice large windows.  I have the expectation that I will be able to look out of them over to the hills or the sea each morning and breath deeply. Gather my inspiration.

Of course inspiration will depend as much on my inner focus as on the external prompts. There will be highs and lows in this as much as anything.

Right now I just have to hang fire.

(As always, my thanks to Google Images for providing what I didn't have myself today!)

  3. When we were buying a house I liked this one the best but there was no big food shops nearby but guess what after a couple of years they built a woolworths two streets away so I will never move again if I can help it.
But it is exciting and I like to look at other peoples new homes.

  4. Breathe in
    Breathe out
    Breathe

Or just open a window now and scream: Eight more days, people. Eight more days!

  5. There is nothing like the excitement of buying a house. We bought ours a decade ago next month but I still remember the days leading up to getting the key, everything seemed to be in a state of flux.

  6. I think I'm getting almost as excited about your new home as you are. Looking forward to photos and photos and more photos!

  7. We moved so many times, after mom and dad got sick. I do not envy you your task, but I know you'll get through it all!
