WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Menosteryical; a case of midweek mirth

Now then all you peeps and pups of Blogville, how are the preps and training going for the Mayorz Marathon? So much else has been going on, that this one has gone a bit quiet.  I trust you are remembering to keep up your stretches and hydrations and such like.

For that matter, even for those of us who are not part of the Blogville community, the need for stretching, fresh air intake, appropriate nutrition and hydration are still impawtent...sorry, important.

I know a few folks out there are also a bit 'under the hammer' and feeling up-tightened a tad. Stop and smell the oncoming spring, efurrybuddy... tsk. everyone. (YAMster's trying to cover all bases here!) It is essential that time is taken to change the mind-tracks a bit. Waxing a bit creative, or just getting out and about, letting the trouble alone for a while and returning to tackle it after you have refreshed can result in surprising improvements.

To help lift the mood, here is this week's selection of cute and inspirational...

  11. Hey, guess what? Thanks to my lovely daughter helping me with my blogging list your posts are now showing on my page where they belong. No more will I have to go hunting and often failing to find them.
I love all the ideas you have shown to stay healthy and I would love to know how at number 4 you happened to snag my Candy cat doing exercises. I swear that cat really is the spitting image of our little girl cat.
I think the final one really is my favourite though. xx
