What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Me-Now-Views; Less Speak More Peek

Oh dung!!!.. Recall that rant yesterday about loading up bloggies on Friday and Saturday and losing a post some where internally?  Nearly happened here. Was supposed to have a heap more garden photos sorted out for you....   tsk....sigh... muttter schmutter......gremmmpphh.... I do my own head in sometimes.

Anyway. Stopgap. More piccies from the flat. That way you may think you won't have to visit - but these are meant to say - yes please do... I mean looooook at our summer weather...

Builders did not actually require the snorkels they had in their holdalls... they did require the 14 layers of wool clothing and the beanies though. Yes, that waterfall effect is the rain on my window.  right.  What next....? Oh yes STAR TREK SHELF...

Yup, all varieties, even the cartoons... the only one I don't have is the latest movie. [self memo... why not????]

This 'press' is in the lounge. The ST shelf is the one at the bottom.

Above the piccies shelf are the Hindi, Harry Potter, Hobbit and LOTR, James Bond, doggy movies, other SciFi.... you get the picture.

Next shelf up, few ref books but mainly more DVDs, this time all for my study and teaching (Advaita Vedanta).

Top shelf... Alexander McCall Smith books. One of the few non text books I held onto.  I had to let go of all my Terry Pratchett stuff - it was just going to be one box too many for the container ship......

The flowers sit at the feet of Sri Rama.

You can click to biggify...

poor old Eyore.

That little table is in the corner of the guest room/office.... the opposite corner is the office as per the next photo...

....and to finish off... say g'day to Henny the Heffalump Who Hid But Was Found...

CRIKEY - THAT'S JUNE DONE AND DUSTED......

I'm afraid not............. even today, despite all the bluster about hot at tennis, we needed our jackets to visit Botanic Gardens for the New Reekie flower........ (more on that in due course &*>)

PS from Gail: Hey it's actually warm and sunny in Aberdeen this evening! I just cycled down to the little beach on the south side of the harbour and saw some kids paddling in the water.
