    PS When I first worked in Aberdeen my boss was one Peter Schweitzer, who was apparently (and somewhat obscurely) related to the great Dr Albert. Am pleased to note that this descendent was also a notably wise, clever and good man.

    I was driving my granddaughter last night on a twisty road and suddenly a brown animal skittered across the road. We both gave a little shriek as I braked and missed it. We sat looking at a large clump of oak leaves. "Well, we didn't hit it!" Emily observed as we recovered and went on home.
