We all like to see cute piccies of animals - real or imagined - and the internet is a great resource for such images these days. I love cattle, for example...



...it's the Taurean in me!  I was a bit excited, then, when I found THIS SITE... with all sorts of funky images which you cut and paste or download freely; all are in the public domain.

Yup, there's some really cute stuff there to suit all sorts of projects... or even just to make a page of pretty pictures! Another site with freebie art is Public Domain Pictures... and if you really like something, you can 'buy a coffee' for the artist - great idea! I did just that for Piotr's bone-toting mutt (am getting the hang of PayPal and loving it...) Also for the one beneath ...

  6. Cute stuff butts Auntie Yam if you really want to see some cute calves, you should come to my house all the farmers around us have baby calves. Mom loves watching them playing together.

  7. Thanks! Mom lived on a farm that had Texas Longhorns (which she called "normal cow with pointy horns and PMS"), back in the day. The pet show sign is cool. I'm thinking SUPER Scottie!

  8. We nearly went to see a cow yesterday, but it was raining. Well, Mara wanted to do some shopping really, but I really wanted to see the cow. Perhaps next time!!
