WYSIWYG

What You See Is What You Get. This is a journal blog, an explore-blog, a bit of this and that blog. Sharing where the mood takes me. Perhaps it will take you too.

Menolyrical; words for words' sake.

Well...things really started going awry after the leap day. Not just with the news of the Maestro, but Voovoo the Vaio started limping.  A fraught couple of days spent 'nursing' it back to functional health meant loss of valuable writing time...

Here's another re-post then. Normally I remove the old comments, but in this case left them, as it saves those who remember it from feeling obligation to comment again.

ACHE

Through the garden, flitting lightly,
fleet of foot, dark the shadow moved.
What secret holds the gate through which it passed,
what tale of soul unloved?

Sadness in that heavy portal
and kinship for the darkly spright;
such desperation comes from its grain,
such pain held in the night.

In the early morning rays
the garden full of freshness glows;
but round the gate, sorrow remains,
a story no one knows.
