The last views from the visit with J&J.
...what?... yes that's a dragon. Her name is Guinevere. Cousin of Puff, but failed her magic exam. Jenn took her in and Guin repays with door duty and watching over the keys to the kingdom. Helpful Guinevere.
Bear? Yes, he is a sortorial beast and pays attention to what's going on. The road outside the fence was being relaid, so he felt he needed to keep solid with the workmen. He brought them down a beer or three in his truck at the end of the hot days. Helpful Bear.
That's all folks.

...and now for something completely different - in my earlier years, I was keen on hill-walking - and have five munros to my name*, but it has been a VERY long time since I did more than a molehill since. So when our Blogville Boffin Bouncing Bertie offered Munro-Bagging as a Pawlympics event, I knew that this one I just HAD to do... (playing the great spectator sport for all the rest). I look forward to meeting a few more walkers when I am up Mam Sodhail. I chose this one for my challenge as I did start to walk it once... but that great Western Scotland Weather ensured withdrawal to the bothy. So here I am at last!!!
Many thanks to Bertie (and indeed all the organisers) for making the Pawlimpics such a pawsome occasion!!!
*munros I have actually conquered; Am Bodach, Gulvain, Na Gruagaichean, Beinn Bhreac, Ben More (Isle of Mull). There were many more hills, but in the classes of Corbetts and Grahams... oh yes, we have fun here in the Bonny Land!!!
